①In-process inspection: Our company employs an automated ultrasonic cleaning and flaw detection line. This system utilizes high-intensity ultrasonic waves in deionized water to directly and repeatedly impinge on contaminant layers adhered to workpiece surfaces. The process disrupts the adhesive forces between contaminants and substrates, causing delamination and dispersion of contaminants into the cleaning solution. Subsequent examination through flaw detection spray chambers and imaging spray chambers enables comprehensive inspection of internal and surface micro-cracks in components.
②Re-inspection: We perform manual inspection of exterior coatings and surface treatments through tactile and visual checks.
③Final Inspection: Our quality inspectors conduct a thorough visual inspection of the product's appearance and perform a final verification of the protective film and packaging to ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.

Q1: How to guarantee the wheel quality? A1: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ;Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified. Q2: How about your delivery time? A2: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 35-45 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer. Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation? A3: Usually we need know: car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quotation for you. Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order? A6: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design. Q5: What's your MOQ? A5: MOQ is 1pc, if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ. Q6: How to deliver your wheels? A6: We cooperate with very reliable shipping company and agent, if you dont have your own agent, we can help you and give you suggestions and the most economic way for shipping by sea or by air, you can choose pickup wheels from the nearest port or at your shop.
